Our Story: We started out very small, experimenting with different ingredients and techniques until we found the perfect recipes.
Our Beer: Our beer is all about innovation and creativity. We put a lot of time and effort into brewing a variety of whole grain beers, keeping it as natural as possible. Our styles are seasonal.

German-style wheat beer that is top-fermented with a special strain.

BREWER’s SPENT GRAIN
Brewer’s Spent Grain (BSG)
One of the advantages of brewing is the by-product called “Brewer’s Spent Grain” (BSG). BSG is rich in fiber and protein and has a high nutritional value.
Our Brewer’s Spent Grain Flour (coarse and fine) can be used to bake products that is not only delicious, but also full of antioxidants, fibre and phenolic compounds.
